Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that is our fault, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct product or issue a refund.
- Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, returns can be accepted if they are unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized products due to customer errors in design selection, sizing, or personalization.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning the item or processing a refund.
3. Return Shipping
- For Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For Other Approved Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified by our support team.
