Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that is our fault, we will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and send you the correct product or issue a refund.
  • Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, returns can be accepted if they are unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized products due to customer errors in design selection, sizing, or personalization.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning the item or processing a refund.

3. Return Shipping

  • For Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For Other Approved Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified by our support team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
